Our Process
A trusted composting system used throughout europe

The organic waste materials would be processed in a GICOM designed state-of-the art tunnel composting plant. GICOM are Dutch manufacturers of tunnel composting systems which are used throughout Europe.

After initial sorting, the waste is mixed and placed in the tunnel for a period of ten days. The entire process is computer controlled to ensure that optimum temperature, air-flow and moisture content is achieved.

The air emitted from the process will pass through scrubbers and bio-filters that will actively remove odours. After the ten day period, the stabilised material will be placed on an aerated

maturation floor where air will be forced through it under pressure for several weeks to complete the composting process. Following screening the material will be sold as compost or used as landfill cover.
